First Aid Training at PGE&Co

Knowing how to help starts with being prepared. Members of the PGE&Co team took part in a first aid seminar on 21 October, combining instruction with practical CPR exercises using training mannequins.

The session gave participants the opportunity to practise essential techniques and better understand how to respond when someone needs immediate assistance. Practical demonstrations helped connect the theory with situations they could encounter at work or in everyday life.

For PGE&Co, making time for first aid training is a practical investment in its people and the safety of those around them. These are skills that extend beyond the workplace, helping colleagues feel better prepared to assist a family member, a friend or a stranger when it matters.
